What data we collect

Only the data you give us when you get in touch: your name, telephone number, email address, the address of the property and the description or photos of the work you need.

This website has no forms and no user accounts. We do not buy or enrich contact lists.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, carry out the work, invoice it and keep the records that Spanish tax and accounting rules require.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they are commercially useful. Data linked to invoiced work is kept for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to allservicemarbella@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

Solo los datos que usted nos facilita al contactarnos: nombre, teléfono, correo electrónico, dirección de la propiedad y la descripción o fotos del trabajo que necesita.

Esta web no tiene formularios ni cuentas de usuario. No compramos ni enriquecemos listas de contactos.

Para qué los usamos

Para responder a su consulta, preparar un presupuesto, ejecutar el trabajo, facturarlo y conservar los registros que exige la normativa fiscal y contable española.

Cuánto tiempo los conservamos

Las consultas que no se convierten en trabajo se conservan solo mientras tienen utilidad comercial. Los datos vinculados a trabajos facturados se conservan durante los plazos exigidos por la ley.

Sus derechos

Puede solicitarnos en cualquier momento el acceso a sus datos, o su rectificación o supresión, escribiendo a allservicemarbella@gmail.com. También puede reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
