Do you handle communal permissions?+
We tell you what the community and the town hall normally require for the kind of work you are planning, and we work inside the permitted hours and access rules.
Can the work be done between rental seasons?+
That is how most rental refurbishments are planned. Tell us the date of the first booking and we work back from it.
Who cleans up after the works?+
We do. Our cleaning team does the post-works clean, which is why clients tell us the property is handed back ready to use.
